Data Deletion

Overview
You may request deletion of your personal data and account. We process requests in accordance with applicable laws.

What Gets Deleted
- Your account profile and personal information
- Company information and contact details
- Questionnaire templates and responses
- WhatsApp integration data
- Usage analytics and logs
- Payment and billing information

What We Keep
- Anonymized usage statistics (no personal identifiers)
- Legal compliance records (as required by law)
- Backup data retained for up to 30 days (automatically purged)

How to Request Deletion
Send an email to eventiate.ai@gmail.com including:
- Your registered email address
- Your account username or company name
- Confirmation that you want to delete your account
- Reason for deletion (optional)

Process
1) We verify your identity and confirm the request
2) We process your deletion within 7 business days
3) We send a confirmation once completed

Subscription Expiration Policy
We automatically delete your data 30 days after your subscription expires. Upon request, we can provide an export (processing fees may apply). Format: CSV.

Important Notes
- Deletion is irreversible
- You will lose access to all services after deletion
- Certain data may be retained to comply with legal requirements
